Meevo On Tour Terms and Conditions

1.1 Admittance Your registration entitles you to attend an Event. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance (including without limitation any travel and/or accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you and MSI shall not have any liability for such costs.

1.2 Media By attending an Event you acknowledge and agree to grant MSI the right at the Event to record, film, photograph or capture your likeness in any media now available and hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to MSI includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media.

1.3 Event Content You acknowledge and agree that MSI, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the Event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, and time.

2.1 Payment The payment of the applicable registration fee for the Event is due upon registration. All payments are non-refundable.

2.2 Taxes The fee(s) may be subject to sales tax, value added tax, or any other taxes and duties which, if applicable, will be charged to you in addition to the fee(s).

2.3 Early Bird Rate To qualify for any “early bird” rates or discounts, registration and payment must be received before the deadline date listed on the MSI website.

2.4 There are no refunds for no‑shows.

2.5 If the Event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, MSI will offer a partial or full refund, postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option.

3.1 MSI is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients. MSI will handle your personal information collected during registration in accordance with MSI’s Privacy Policy.

4.1 All intellectual property rights in and to an Event, the Event content and all materials distributed at or in connection with an Event are owned by MSI and/or the Event sponsors or speakers presenting at the Event. You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks or other trade names appearing at the Event, any Event content and/or any materials distributed at or in connection with the Event for any reason without the prior written permission of MSI.

5.1 You understand that participation in an Event is voluntary and carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. You hereby agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless MSI, its officers, directors, employees, vendors, partners, agents and contractors from any and all alleged and/or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages and losses of any kind, including attorney's fees, which arise out of or result from your attendance at and participation in the Event and ancillary activities, including but not limited to property damage and personal injuries, illness, death or other physical loss, whether or not foreseeable.

5.2 You agree that your attendance at any Event and your use of any of the Content is at your sole risk and responsibility.

5.3 The maximum aggregate liability of MSI for any claim in any way connected with this Agreement whether in contract, tort or otherwise (including any negligent act or omission) shall be limited to the amount paid by you to MSI under this Agreement to attend an Event.

6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Jersey courts.

6.2 If any provision of these Terms is for any reason found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. These Terms and their incorporated documents constitute the complete and exclusive understanding and agreement of the parties and supersede all prior understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
