Q1. What is your favorite enhancement in this release?
I’d say the spotlight award with this release goes to the official launch of our Advanced Dashboard solution. Meevo users can look forward to an entirely revamped experience with incredible visualizations powered by Microsoft’s Power B.I. tool. This update is just the beginning of many more exciting enhancements to come.
Q2. How will clients benefit from this feature?
Advanced Dashboard’s in-depth analytics illuminate growth opportunities and empower owners and managers to make informed, strategic decisions driven by historical trends and crucial business insights.
Our curated library of dashboards displays everything from client demographics and employee leaderboards to membership base, service or retail sale analysis, and so much more. These metrics give businesses a clear view of key performance indicators and allow them to easily identify patterns, outliers, and emerging trends based on customer behavior, market dynamics, operational efficiency, and other factors that could impact their success. The Advanced Dashboards integration not only enhances the accuracy of decision-making but also allows for timely adjustments to strategies and procedures.
Q3. What ‘hidden gem’ should all Meevo users know about?
There’s no doubt A.I. is the talk of the town right now. But how can we implement it to help us work more efficiently? With Emma, our integrated email marketing solution, Meevo users can now take advantage of capabilities that allow them to create and edit content for lists, email titles, paragraph copy, button blocks, and more. New AI features also include spelling, grammar, and tone assistance so you can more easily and effectively connect and engage with clients. We’ve also made our recently launched, new Online Booking experience available for preview to anyone interested, before making it client-facing accessible. If you’d like a sneak peak, just reach out to your Client Success Manager for support.
