Q1. What is your favorite enhancement in this release?
I would have to say that my favorite enhancement in this latest release is the continued improvement to our Online Booking experience. This update enables businesses to promote specific employees, services, or categories of services by sharing a unique online booking URL with guests.
The new feature automatically selects the designated employee, service, or category, making it easier than ever for guests to book appointments seamlessly. These unique online booking URLs can be used in email, text, or social media marketing campaigns.
Here are a few use examples and suggestions:
- Promoting a new employee: Highlight special discounts offered by a new team member.
- Encouraging bookings on specific days: Incentivize appointments for an employee struggling to get bookings on a particular day by offering a discount (you can further stress this by using our previously released enhancement that allows you to specify the days/times an employee is available to be booked online).
- Featuring seasonal services: Draw attention to seasonal services that are timely, relevant, and on the pulse of what your clients want.
- Advertising service categories: Promote a special deal on a category of services you offer like 10% off manis and pedis or massages.

This enhancement improves the client experience by making the booking process faster, more personalized, and more aligned with guests’ needs and preferences. These new capabilities will also help businesses target their marketing efforts more effectively.

It’s very simple and user-friendly. Once an A.I.-powered response has been generated, you can modify it however you like before posting to your google business listing.
