Q1. What is your favorite enhancement in this release?

The enhancement that our MedSpa, Nail Salons, Spa, and Salons offering hair restoration services should be most excited about is Meevo’s new product usage tracking feature. Many of these businesses rely on various products to perform their services, and tracking this usage in inventory is crucial. Additionally, the amount of product used directly impacts the price charged to clients. This feature ensures accurate pricing and efficient inventory management, making it a game-changer for our users!

 

Q2. How will businesses benefit from this feature?

 

This enhancement is a significant win for MedSpas, as they can now accurately track injectable usage and price services based on the number of units used. However, it doesn’t stop there—nail salons, spas, and salons offering hair restoration services can also benefit by tracking the products used during services and adjusting the service cost accordingly. Previously, businesses considered product usage a cost of doing business. Now, they can charge for both the service and the product usage, boosting their revenue potential.

 

Q3. What ‘hidden gem’ should all Meevo users know about?

Improving our online booking experience continues to be a priority. In this release, we’re thrilled to introduce enhanced custom branding, allowing businesses to showcase their logos prominently. Additionally, we’ve made several improvements to interactions with displayed business information, cancellation policy acceptance, announcement banners, and more.
