Q1. What is your favorite enhancement in this release?
Hands down, my favorite enhancement in this release is our brand-new Schedule Manager. Based on feedback from over 50 user ideas and 500 votes, we’ve introduced a revamped scheduling experience. It’s designed to be more intuitive and efficient, making it easier than ever for users to manage their schedules with greater flexibility and clarity.

The completely redesigned layout of the Schedule Manager offers several significant benefits to businesses:
- Increased Flexibility: Users can now enter clock in/out timings with greater ease and precision.
- Enhanced Insights: Track who created or edited schedules and clock in/out timings.
- Advanced Security Settings: Allow employees to edit their own schedules and/or actuals, enhancing autonomy and accuracy.
- Improved Filters: Easily filter to show employees scheduled for specific work activities.
- User-Friendly Views: Access schedules with a convenient day view and a brand-new 2-week view.

One hidden gem in this release is a brand-new client notification feature designed for businesses looking to enhance their post-service care. This feature is configured within the notification settings and can be enabled for each service individually. It allows businesses to create custom post-care instructions tailored to the specific needs of each service, ensuring that clients receive personalized and detailed guidance after their appointments.
